About Us
We are a supported living provider based in Essex, in the east of the United Kingdom.Connect Living Hub was founded by two healthcare professionals who have several combined years of service experience in health assessments,
social care and needs assessments, care planning, safeguarding and project management.
We take pride in assisting adults who may have support needs to integrate within the community and encourage them to lead an active and independent lifestyle while promoting their employability.
